Cool!
That odd plate in the second pic is blurry, could it be a dealer ad card filling the hole on a brand new bus until the permanent plates come in the mail?
Nothing more awesome than driving a brand new bus off the lot directly to your vacation. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

Maybe?
I was thinking the yellow plates were CA yellow plates but I guess that might not be true.
Maybe it was one of the states where they gave you new plates when they changed and it went from yellow to black a couple years later.
The black front plate looks like
? 466 R
The R looks weird to me though so maybe that is wrong.
Maybe someone else recognizes the old plate design or sequence from their state
Edit:
I looked the pics up and most of the pics are from Utah.
The 2nd pic says:
Photo was taken in 1960 at Split Rock Campground at Dinosaur National Monument
This is in Utah too
It doesn't appear to be a 1960 Utah plate though
Neither are the Yellow plates _________________ How to Post Photos

I believe it's the same Bus even though there are at least 2 different front license plates.
Maybe they moved?

The past owner of my bus sent me this photo taken at Apache Junction AZ in 1973 of his dog and his old roommate.
A '60 Cadillac 4-door and a '58 23 Window that was being "restored".
Sorry for the low quality as its a photo of a photo (the dude is an old timer who is not technically savvy)

Any idea who that is in the photo?
My first thought on seeing the photo is that it's staged so maybe an actress?
It's a pain to turn the mirror back and forth and you might break or loosen the ball on the back side. I'd be annoyed if I had someone do that to my mirror _________________ How to Post Photos

She just Stiletto-ed those two minks that were in the bushes. Now she's seeing if any blood got on her. |

Yeah, I've pondered that in the past on pics like that, the local roofer must have balls of steel. _________________ Rust NEVER sleeps and stock never goes out of style.

well, our roofs do not use decking. just slats, the roofing tiles hook into the slats and each other. You can put the tiles in from the inside. At least i have done it that way. on a flatter roof you can walk on the outside.
