I think that's singer and actor Vico Torriani from Switzerland. He was very popular on German television in the 1960s and 1970s.

Does anyone know anything about the vehicle that looks like a '50's bus below the sign in this photo? Note:
-possible transparent roof in front
-roof vents in back
-horizontal moldings in place of emblem
-appears to have rear corner windows
