Body lines on bus but not on replacment panel

In this picture, we need to replace the bottom portion of the drivers side panel, on the bus, there are 2 body lines that run vertically close to the front door and by the back wheel area.

The patch panel that came with the bus when we bought it, doesnt have that line and from what i can tell neither do the patch panels i found on different aftermarket sites.

Am i not looking at the right sites for a correct panel replacement? Or is there a trick to get those lines in the new panel?

This is the best panel I have found for this repair. Fits together like the original. Many buses get a cheap panel replacement without the correct body lines.
