Before you buy any new e-brake cables you need to remove the boot on the e-brake handle and look if there is a shortening kit installed. I removed the e-brake to check on the existing cable...it had been cut and shortened....so I just went out and bought a longer set to replace. I will figure out a way to shorten them myself.
Thanks for the suggestion though. |
