Does any of you have pics or recommendations on how to install the blaze cut system in a 68. I don't have an engine compartment hatch. Any advice is very appreciated. Thank you

do you have one or are you trying to find out what is needed to do the whole thing? There have been a few threads here on thesamba from folks who wanted that device.

I’ve installed a couple. One recently in a Vanagon but the other was in a 1968 bus. That was about 5 years ago. Basically you tie wrap it to the ceiling in a spiral

That looks great! I like the use of the sheet metal. I thought the install was going to be super easy. Thanks for the inspiration.

I just installed this for $29 (on sale at purchase). Possibly junk, but a new challenger to Blaze Cut - Jogoswall Automatic Fire Extinguisher. Installed in less than 5 mins. Supposedly lasts 10 years:
