I create crap frequently and often, I am not normal Laughing

I call this firewater. Essentially the colors are warm like fire, and out of focus, and the water is rising towards the sky like skinny licks of flames... like I said, I'm not normal Very Happy

BTW, the panel is flat there isn't any texture.

Technique has been around since the 50's; spray some water and airbrush different colors at an angle from different sides. Cool, though. You'll get some interesting effects if the piece was flat (horizontal)... do your spray with the paint, then carefully move some of the water around..

Yup... the difference here is that I layered, where normally you spray it and let it sit. I gave interval dry times before adding more water and spray, in some cases adding water while paint was wet for other effects.

Yes and rattle cans... use enamels and uro's... water based paint won't get the trick done. Also if you want highlights like glistening water (which I did not want for this piece) you hit it lightly from the opposite direction with white to create light reflections.

Modern Art is not in the eye of the beholder.
Modern art requires the viewer to have an imagination... or in your case drugs. Very Happy

Working on my airbrushing... painted bi-fold closet doors in my home gym rattle can hammer finish, then painted a gash in the doors exposing hell (actually if it was really hell it would be a pic of the ex wife) Laughing

Next I need to paint burnt edges, and attempt to do flames curling up and out over the top... *I hope...
