I know where there's a 68 tucked away in a barn on my route. I just might need that support..... _________________ 63 T1 Ragtop Gulf Blue

Wow! 3 pages in about 19 hours. This IS the hottest place on the samba right now! I have to admit, when I lived in Colorado in the late 90's, my bay side came out. I had a 1970 sunroof bay. We had some good times together. _________________ I will never lie, but sometimes the truth changes.

The vehicle is OK, but some of the people are a bit over the top. _________________ Glenn

those Puerto Ricans are hardcore, I'm all for stickers, but 2 things are wrong with this picture.
1) I don't see a Bay Pride Alliance sticker on that bus
2) how do they drive with all those other stickers on their windows?

I'm usually not one to label people like "split" or "bay" but UZI is as split as split gets, and even he admits the occasional foray into the bay lifestyle
BTW... .
I took a look at this bus last night and someone needs to buy it...I was tempted to increase my bayness but I just don't have the driveway space. _________________ Drive your VW... That's what it was made for.

Wow! Bay love runs deep. I have been traveling, and just logged in for the first time in days. What do I find? Bayness. Pure, unadulterated bay curiosity.
I first stepped in to the bay pool around 2001 with a 68 single cab. I loved that rusty POS. Though I have not gone without a split for many years, there has often been a bay in the stable, too. I especially enjoy the 68's, as they are like a lone wolf in the pack. They may look the same on the outside, but dig deeper and they are full of wonderful surprises.
Manny, I will proudly rock an alliance sticker. Thanks for the inevitable, and long awaited recognition. _________________ nothing |

My bay overriders are done! Stripped to bare metal, sanded, primed, painted. Cleaned the rubber pads and soaked them for a few days in a rubber conditioner.
and BAM!

An absolutely fabulous proposition....
Should nominees be selected purely on their Bay enthusiasm, or should they be chosen for their level of Bayness ? ( the number of Bays in their harem )
What do you think boys ?
