Had to share this with you all.
I stopped by a friends house this morning to say hello and chat. He is 80 years old and still kicking it VW. I have been pining over this 67 13 Window Deluxe for 5 years, and today we came to an agreement. I am buying it next week. Yes, back into the dark ages of split windows.... Laughing Running and driving, but needs some interior and body work, but no rust thru, especially in those important areas.

I just looked at the M-Code plate... I've been carrying it around under my seat as an 'anti-bad-shit' device for some time now. I guess it turned out luckier than I thought it was. Rolling Eyes

I see what you are talking about. Hmm?
Possible, as I said I was lax in checking the VIN and M-Code plates. He did show me the title though, it does say 67. Wink No matter though, I am just thrilled to get it.

Update on Tuesday.

That's a brilliant find!
Just wondering, does it still have the motor & if so does it run?

It does, but not the original. It has a 1600 DP, and runs well. Will be driving it home on Tuesday. Very Happy Cool
