My hatch and lid treated with bases so the sandblaster has to use little force with blasting. I did the same thing with my front doors.
Those parts are truly beautiful completely naked..

The company who sandblasted the whole bus also had the option to electro static paint the chassis.
This is the result in mousegray.

Appears clean. How did they remove all the sand and dust? |

One giant step forward and a minor setback. My nose appears to be very bad and thin after sandblasting. It will be replaced next week, it's to much work to straighten it out and make it dent free.

And I like seeing the lead after stripping.
The bus I stripped had both lead and brazing which showed up when all the paint was removed.

Mister Pickens, i started dreaming about this view around 2004. This was the year i saw a panelvan at Bad Camberg with a swivel seat. 2004 was also the year i bought the spare tyre wheel well sheetmetal.
In the years to come i saw your bus come together and liked the idea even more.
This picture was my screensaver for a long time!
After sandblasting i had to repair some of the welds and dents.
A professional worked on the body for two days straight, very happy with the result!

Great views.
I think that 2004 was the year that I completed the custom modifications to make my swivelseat sunroof mangobus. It was a good year. Great minds think alike.
I know of four sunroof swivelseat buses. Of course John's is the only original one. _________________ .

I just noticed the armrest mounts on the sidewalls.
Are you doing a swivelseat sunroof standard or kombi?
Either one would be very cool.
