Any experience out there with installation of kick panels from TMI?
Dando has a '68 with new panels which are supposed to fit, but NO! They do not. Brick wall

Dando,
I saw a thread in the split bus forum about TMI. Perhaps you may get more feedback on TMI.

Does Dando have a stock one to compare it to? Or a friend with said stock panel? That would be easier than trying to eyeball it, then trimming it. Jeremy

First Dando made parallel scribe marks on the back side of the panels near the edge closest to the doors (where the most radical curve is) then took wet rags and let them soak for an hour to help soften the panels, third Dando cut about an 3/8 ths amount off the ends. when all was said and done panels fit bottom and side grooves.
