Anyone know where I can get this rear seat trim? (see pic)

I'm referring to the trim at the top & bottom of the rear seat of my '66. I'm wondering if anyone out there makes a reproduction I might buy before posting a want ad. As always, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Would it be the same size as from a 68? If it is, I might have some you could have. Find out if it would fit and I'll go look in the garage tomorrow.
