fueling up for takeoff:

stopped to check out the water....:

top of the mountain, stopped for lunch and a dance party (played fun music and danced to it through my sound system)

cool:

also kinda cool:

stopped at the river where i would like to get a group together to camp at:

make a wrong turn and had to turn back due to downed trees:

and BEST OF ALL!

found a super legit campsite off a side trail (litterally, not a road) that was absolutely awesome! easily get a good 2-6 busses and a bonfire and be out far enough to get left alone! quite a cool spot, i must say. panoramic shot for effect:

we gotta go camping sometime guys! those of you who like your paint may not like that spot i found though....the bushes were a tad thick...

Wow! That looks awesome!!!! Just the excuse I need to make a long trip, haven't been out of CA on a camping trip in too long a time. That site looks so beautiful its worth a long ass drive!

Bus should actually be road worthy soon! Here I come Stuart!

october 18th, i will be off work at 5pm, and almost directly will leave for beckler with Dugfresh to camp at a prechosen spot, and the next morning will be exploring and adventuring most of the day. all with busses (or any aircooled vw really) are welcome to join.
