I know that i should "search", i just did for the past 3 hrs, couldn't find what i needed. I thought i saw a thread about a simple battery hook-up, under rear bench directly to alternator? These a my thoughts- use my aux battery under drivers seat to power interior lights, radio, aux sockets. Then remove rear heater unit to install large deep cycle direct to alternator, have power inverter, and a smart battery tender for longer trips to keep everything topped up, i could also charge the front house battery. And last i want to have shore power with a 2 receptacle outlet mounted in the face of the bench. I need to keep enough room under bench for a future mounting of a propex or similar. Am i way out of line with this? it seems like a weekend job to me. What are your thoughts?
