As for the scrapers/trim:
With the window glass disconnected and sitting in the bottom of the door shell, install outside scraper (snaps in).
install (5) (felt channel) retaining clips,
install wing-vent assy.
install inside scraper (snaps in),
install felt channel,
hook up window glass and adjust.

As a note, when you are installing the snap-in scrapers, use bar soap or candle wax to wax up the snap-in clips and the holes they snap into. Then use some kind of flat backer to push on the scrapers evenly when pushing the clips into the holes. This way you will not kink the fragile trim.
work slowly, make sure everything is accurate and "dead nuts". good luck.
