Does anyone know where I could find mounting brackets that would work on a Bekowa roof rack? They don't have to be original. I think the repop brackets will work fine. Does anyone sell just the brackets?
Thanks- |

Get ahold of the people at Empi and see if they will sell you just the brackets for their repro racks. They are the repro Bekowa racks so the brakets will work. Or if you have a picture of the brackets you could have any fabrication shop makes some for you, matter of fact if you have them made you could also have stamp shop make you the metal stamp for the emblem. I have a Bekowa rack that some knuckle head drilled a hole right through the emblem on the bracket. So I was gonna weld it up and have that stamp made. It can be done. Good luck finding OG ones. Thats a bit like looking for hens teeth, or lips for a chicken.
Hope this helps

Trayle-
Thanks for the ideas. I'll first try to call Empi and see if they'll sell me just the brackets.
If not, I'll see about making some look alikes.
Later-
