Just curious if anyone else gets this, and if so, what might be causing it:

When I'm stopped at a light for any long-ish amount of time, and I've got my directional on, it'll go click-click-click real nicely for a while, but after a while, it simply stops clicking, and just stays on. If I turn it off, then on again, it'll start clicking again. Any idea what's up? Is it that small cylindrical thing (forget what it's called)?
