Split bus window rubbers replace

how do i replace the rubbers of de frontdoor windows?
(It is a 1963 double door flipseat)

I think he was asking about the windows in the front doors, not the windsheilds.

There are a total of 8 fasteners holding the window frame to the door.
Don't forget the two 10mm headed nuts. They point straight up.
