My 74 bay window has a Subaru 2.5L....I don't know how fast it is but it runs really well. I still have to go get it dyno tuned to see how much power we get out of it , I'll post that here after and maybe some picture/video.

I'll race you, you get an extra horse power for every 10 pounds lighter you are, so buses being equal, I got at least 20 more Horses based on pics I've seen of you. Surprised

That's why it will be a downhill race. Then your theory wont work against physics. Wink

I know this is an old thread but I am just amazed at the interesting responses.
I have a 69 single cab with a 2165cc that has a modest 100HP at the back wheels. It is safe and fun to drive and keeps up with traffic with ease.
It is only good enough for a 17.2 on the quarter mile but next engine round I would like to be greedy and have around the 130-140HP atw.
Handling?? Well better than any of the new single cabs that Toyota or anyone else puts out.

I never went to school, so I never growed up to read and write too good, so I have stayed in jail and I have stayed stupid, and I have stayed a child while I have watched your world grow up, and then I look at the things that you do and I don't understand. . . .

You eat meat and you kill things that are better than you are, and then you say how bad, and even killers, your children
are. You made your children what they are. . . .

These children that come at you with knives. they are your children. You taught them. I didn't teach them. I just tried to help them stand up. . . .
