I havent seen this VW sticker for sale anywhere..

I lost it when I stripped all the paint off

You would need to get a reprint made of your existing one as they were not all the same.

It's the predelivery diagnostic inspection sticker, mine had one but the number was 206

I would say if you have a good picture of what you want any GOOD vinyl sign shop should be able to recreate one for you.

I thought at one time WW had this as part of their decal sheet you could buy but looking at it now, it isn't included. My '73 has the same 001 sticker.

Above it was mentioned as a predelivery thing, I thought it was more for to ID a specific program card the dealer would have for the computerized diagnostic system. Some more on that sytem here, but no photo of the actual program cards, but I would suspect they had a 3-digit ID number on them to match that decal.
