VIN info for Vanagons

I am trying to get some info on how many Vanagons are registered in Orygun from the DMV.

They are willing to do a search in their database if I can tell them the positions in the VIN that identify these vehicles.

Can you guys help me on that? I'll post the info if I can get it from them.
