Legal action against JLP Engines

Hello Everett:

Greetings from Central NY. I am writing you in hopes that you might
be able to help me and the dozens of victims burned by *JLP Engines* out
of Denver, CO. He goes by Jake Lake or Kenneth Morgan. I bought a
supposed rebuilt engine from this guy a year ago, the engine is now
leaking oil (6K on the ODO), and I cannot get hold of him via phone nor
internet. The "warranty" expired a year ago. He never had any intention
of fulfilling it and simply stopped talking to me. /He again has simply
vanished/. I see on The Samba many people who have been ripped off by
this guy yet no one has taken legal action against him. /I guess I am
the one to start the ball rolling/. I contacted the FBI who transferred
me to the FTC. The FTC needs as many of The Samba victims to call them
*1-**877-438-4338 in order to commence a case against him*as they do not
represent individuals, only mass complaints. The FTC will issue a
complaint number to the individuals who call them and explain their
case. This way, we, collectively, can finally start the process of
eliminating this on line predator. We all, in good faith, parted with
thousands of dollars only to have this scofflaw run and never see
anything in the way of a sound, long-lasting, motor.

I don't know if you are able to put out an "all points bulletin" on
your site, but it sure would be a great way to get our Vanagon community
united against a common enemyin order to see justice served. I am
calling the local TV station in Denver to attempt a documentary on him
to expose him. I am also calling the State Attorney General in Denverfor
their guidance.

Thank you Everett for any help you may provide our community. This guy
must be stopped once and for all.
