I will try to read the AMAG nr, the plaque is still there. And I will ask Bart if he did remove the visor, if it was still there at all and if he still has it. Will post pics in case.


Nice! Thanks for digging that picture up. If your friend has the birth certificate, please ask them about the build month of the bus.

Does anybody know of any other post-barndoor license light visor busses?
(I know this thread is in the barndoor section, but it's worth a shot)
Would like to see a '58 to see how late they go.
Also, what is the earliest known license light bus?

from a friend 1956 bus (the bus was an US model and has been imported then in Switzerland, but don't know when)

do you still have the visor from your 52 or the 53 in the picture?

So far it seems that all the post 53 visors are pretty consistent.

I would love to see more pre 53 visors.

I wonder if these visors were installed on any 50-51 ?

Another observation: if it would have been a real "swiss made", there would have been a rubber between the plate and the decklid... Wink
