| Well it took almost 2 months to finally get my shirt but it came today. The shirt is not even close to what I ordered. I bought a shirt with the Judson logo and that was the only reason I wanted it. This shirt has Volkswagen on it but nothing close to Judson. It is also so small it could fit my Granddaughter. The package had a ship date of 02/28/2015. It took a month and a half for him to finally ship something that was completely wrong. What a bad purchase. |

| He sent a shirt from one of his other adds. The shipping date on the package was 04/28/2015. The payment was 03/31/2015. One month to get it to the postal service. It's just a shame that the shirt was not even shipped before I started my complaint with PayPal. He probably was out off the Judson shirts at that time and sent whatever he had. This is the best VW site on the net and I buy from it all the time but I will never buy from this person again. |

| Buyers beware!!!! I ordered a set of robri gaurds, I never recieved them, they would hardly reply to my emails, I had to get the samba involved (everett) he sent messages with no result, all I ever received from them was "don't worry they are on there way" I have the whole email chain I can show you, I had to file a claim with paypal to get my money back. I never wanted my money back I just wanted the gaurds. I ordered these on 3-15-15 and after 2 month's of being patient I received my money from paypal today 4-23-15. Thank you everett/the samba and paypal for all your help. |

Unfortunately I have heard nothing from no one. Ripped off you could say. So when does someone say something or remove his items from thesamba? Or does thesamba care or allow for this to go on?
I have to spread the word about this on Facebook at some point. Its terrible. Maybe its just a said fact of life where some sites allow rip-offs to happen. this is my last word on it.

| I just purchased a set of robri guards and a locking steering column. He told me he shipped it to me. I live in Phx AZ. Should I be worried. Didn't realize this dude has a bad rap. |

From what I have seen:
He is slow to ship parts.
The Mexican post office is slow to send packages to the USA and things get lost.
Sometimes parts get stuck in U.S. customs for some reason - people have reported this fact.
He has a warning in the first post of this thread about slow delivery.
If you are not happy or think it has been too long for your purchase and he is not responding to you, open a Paypal dispute.
If he still owes you parts and is not responding to you, please email me with the information about what you ordered and when and I will email him about it.
Every time I have contacted him he has responded to me.
Unfortunately people don't tell me when they get the parts and they don't post an update so if they stop contacting me, I assume they have arrived. This is true most of the time.

Define slow delivery 7 to 31 days? 2 or 3 months? Its been months even after the so-called "reship" of the other part.
Im past the paypal dispute level of 45 days they tell me. I have emailed you and he was going to reship supposedly.
Just answer me this...why do you still allow this to go on. All you have to do is bounce him and it frees up your time and your customers, from being PO for not getting parts at all. Slow delivery I can handle within a certain time frame but not getting parts with my hard earned money is not acceptable, dont you think? Just stop the heart-ache by not allowing him to sell under that name, make it painful for him to have to repost with a new username.etc.
Why does he respond to you and not his users? Like me? Im still waiting on my 7in VW emblem that was supposedly shipped. |

I can't remember what people told me via email but in the thread I see people who have waited a long time saying between 1-2 months, even when the part was postmarked the same week they bought it.
Yes, he has told me multiple times things have been lost so he had to send another package.
I have no way of knowing if the "lost" reason is true.
I looked through the thread and found where you posted a link to what you bought. I will email him again.
My understanding is that Paypal gives you 180 days to file now but maybe your purchase is before that change.
