I should have come here first, what a nightmare,Im glad it was for $55 not a lot more and that I didn't send payment as "friend" . I've been waiting 5weeks, last week he sent me a tracking number that's not recognised by any postal service !
He said that he had posted out to the USA, Netherlands and Brazil but had forgotten mine because I hadent sent my postal address.?
Why can't he be struck off the site? |

Email me the details and I will contact him.
As far as I know the tracking #s can only be looked up on the Mexican post office site?
Same as I can't look up a tracking # from Europe on usps.com
I would open a Paypal dispute if it's getting near the maximum time to do so.
This is my advice to anyone with an issue from any seller. _________________ How to Post Photos

I thought I replied, but didnt get a refund nor anything from this seller. He is still ripping off folks.
Track him by his IP, cancel his account, block his usernames, etc. I have asked nicely before and nothing happened, yet another ripped off person on her. Word travels and people only get burned once then they go elsewhere.

Ok. I was about to email him so I looked up our past communication so I could forward him the email chain.
I'm confused because he said you did a dispute and got your money back. I emailed you to verify this fact and you said yes.
Now that I re-read it, maybe I misunderstood your response?
Earlier in the thread you said it was past the 45 days for a Paypal dispute but I told you Paypal had recently extended this to 180 days. I didn't know if this applied in your case so I asked you to check into that and you replied you would. You did not report the result.

My fuel stick arrived today 02/09/15 I orderd it on 23/07/15.
It was actually sent out on 13/08/15 and the tracking number he sent me
is on the envelope but I can't determine if it is an actual Tracking---number?
He has sent me an aluminium rule as an upgrade, but I would rather have the wooden one. But you can't please some people
So I think everyone will get the parts they orderd from him just don't hold your breath. |

That there is another reason he needs to stay off here. _________________

To all my customers:
From this date : Feb 1st, 2016, IŽll be using just a safety international shipping service like Sepomex ( registered only ), DHL or Fedex, to avoid lost risk.
Thanks for your attention.

I just purchased the Robri style gravel guards from Art. The shipping speed was reasonable, considering it came from Mexico to the US. I asked for a tracking number and was given one. So no problems there.
The issue I do have is with the product itself. I asked Art before I ordered if any fabrication would need to be done to make these fit. He said no, that they were excellent and all that was needed to be done was to drill the holes and install. Well.... Not the case. As you can see by the pictures, not one of them fits correctly. I have stock fenders, so no problem there. They are even different sizes from one side to the next. The overall quality is fair at best.
If you do order, know that you will have to grind, bend, shape and re-polish these. If I would have known, I would not have purchased.

I was hesitant to purchase a Judson Badge from Arth based on all the feedback I read. I shared my concern with him and he agreed to ship the badge to me in advance of payment. He shipped out, emailed me tracking, and I received the Judson Badge well packaged and in just a little over two weeks time.
I found him to be honorable and a man of his word. He shipped the badge to me as he promised - before payment - and I picked up the Paypal fee for him based on his willingness to trust me and give me the benefit of the doubt.
I seldom post comments, but I believe Arth deserves some good press and I am taking this opportunity to share my experience.
I would buy from him again. Thanks Arth for a smooth and professional transaction. James in KY |

I purchased the Robri style gravel guards from Arth on August 11 and have not heard back from him. He indicated I would get a tracking number on Aug. 12 but nothing since. Just a heads up for future buyers. I've reached out several times via email with no hep. Maybe he will see this post and follow up. |
