Due to tougher safety regulations, the Kombi's days are numbered as Brazil's government is requiring all new cars to come with dual front airbags and anti-lock brakes as standard equipment.

This is very old news. We in the bay forums are preparing for genuine VW bay parts to become scarce when they stop production and the parts dry up. If VW really wanted to they could add dual airbags and antilock brakes, they won't but they could. It's basically what Jeep has done to a very old design. _________________ Formerly known in the forums as "OVALTEEN"
