Hi Guys,
Glad you are happy with them
We are posting out daily orders of "Diff Lock" and "Westfalia Joker" t shirts to Canada and USA. To be honest we have sold more to you guys than anywhere else in the world inc the UK shortly followed by Germany and Norway then Australia.
We used the best quality t shirts we could get and had them screen printed rather than transferred so they stay sharp longer.
I live in mine now

I agree, awesome shirts - Diff Lock and Joker.
Can you get them in different colours? I don't look good in black - I'd love a white tee instead.
cheers

They are a great design, also they are great quality t/shirt and the sizing is right. Not like those chinese t/shirts that you order a XXXL and it does not reach your waist. Nice work Jed. |

I wish I could take all the credit for them but it was Alan@CampervanCulture that did our unique designs and graphics. Alan isn't new to design and t-shirt retail due to the old days when he was a pro mountain biker and developed his own clothing range. We were able to take on his experience and knew what shirts to go with and most important, not to go with. They have proved very popular world wide and we have found an awesome screen printer and supplier that can turn around large orders in under a week to boost our stock levels when they get low. We are on our fourth run now from our screen printer and he asked, "What the hell are you guys doing with them all?"
We do plan on doing Ltd addition colored shirts and hoodies too in the near future if these ones continue to do well. Its good to finally be able to wear something that is designed for what we are actually into and do rather than have to settle with a generic Split Screen Camper shirt or one with a Bay Window van on it.
Just a quick heads up, our size L has now sold out and size M is getting low, but you can buy and pay for it still and it will go on back order. We are due a delivery of loads of fresh new shirts early next week and they will be sent out as soon as we get them and we hope to be able to pop a CampervanCulture.com window sticker in the Syncro font that has become our logo as soon as they arrive.
All base level Euro spec t3 Westfalia's (Vanagons) are called a Joker. They all have the Joker design on the front doors. If you want to see one in place just do a Google search of any base level Westy or watch my van or Jakes van on any of the CampervanCulture.com videos. Worth keeping in mind if ordering and you want to go all out and be extra nerdy

I thought the Joker westys had to have the wrap-around back seat...so you're saying no real changes to the interior of a stock T3 like what we had delivered to the states? _________________ 1990 Syncro 16" DoppleKabine 2.1 DJ 112i

The ones with the wrap-around seats are the Club Joker model
Base level Westfalias are a Joker like the ones you have. There are a few differences with the Euro spec and the Vanagon though.
Vanagon water fill up and electric hook up points are in a line and the Euro spec ones are a bit more random.
Euro spec domestic hook up is 240v and I believe over here is different (this means the fridges are different to run on hook up).
You guys got air con we got factory Espar heating and under slung LPG tanks with a heated regulator valve.
We got an option of double glazed windows.
We got an option of ISRI seats.
Weekenders are quite rare in Euro spec.
Lots more but to add to that but after the base level Joker's you got the Club Joker, then the California then the Atlantic.
They were all built on Caravelle shells rather than panel van shells so you got the nice window molding and sound proofing but the Jokers didnt get power steering and had bare metal around the windows. Only the California's and Atlantic's had trimmed areas around the windows inside like the Caravelles or Carat's but I am not sure about the Club Joker. California's and Atlantic's came with big bumpers and side planks too.
It has just occurred to me what a nerd I am and although I could go on for another few pages I best call it a day and call my therapist because I think I have a problem

Ohhh, now you're feeding my jones!
It's an '84. So what would be the proper decal (pronounced 'de-kle) design, and side stripes? Where to obtain them?? _________________ 1990 Syncro 16" DoppleKabine 2.1 DJ 112i
