We use 20GA for most all VW bodywork. Its matched to all of the 20GA hand tools. When I get 20GA, I order the minimum amount that can be delivered on its own pallet, which is 4 sheets (4x8). Truck pulls up and the driver can't believe I don't have a f'n forklift. So I let him in on a secret. I tell him to chill, take out my snips and cut the sheets loose, and slide them off onto the grass with no scratches.
I get Ryerson Steel, 20Ga. 4 x 8 sheets, which are delivered to 2 places in town. One place (Benco Steel) can be told ahead of time to look for 4 or 5 dent free sheets and they will do it. |

Good luck on the job. Looks like they have quite an inventory of parts. Good hearing from you. Andy. |
