Last Friday my wife, Tracy and I went to see The Fab Four, Mark Lindsay (Paul Revere and the Raiders) and Mickey Dolenz (The Monkeys). Good show, great music, lots of fun and memorys. I'd post a picture, but I haven't found a new non VW photo host. _________________ Prosit!

Last Wednesday we sent to see the Four Tops and the Temptations.
Four Tops were rather underwhelming. More than half of their set was covers of other bands or songs we never heard of.
Temptations were outstanding. All the hits all the time and great stage choreography.
Hey Fish - we need to get a boat (with a porta potty) so we can watch the concerts for free, huh? _________________ Larry in OB

Went to the Burger Boogaloo in Oakland the 1st and second. Saw X, The Buzzcocks and Iggy Pop as well as others. It's a two-day event. I thought Iggy was going to be the highlight of the whole weekend. I'd not seen him in concert. The Buzzcocks stole the show Sunday night though. They were more awesome than the first time I saw them! |

Jackson Browne and Willie Nelson at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. Willie just phoned it in....Jackson was fantastic. Saw him at the same venue in 1979 when he recorded Running on Empty. _________________ '65 Sunroof Bug |

I saw John Moreland last night. Been a fan for a couple years, but never got the chance to catch him live before. If you don't know who he is, give him a listen.

Clutch and Primus 7-20. Been a while since I was at a Primus show, lots of twirlers and it reminded me of Dead show footage. |

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers with Peter Wolf opening at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore.
Petty & heartbreakers put on a very good show, really enjoyed Peter Wolf and his band. Wish I had tonight off to see them at the Rams Head in Annapolis. They'd be perfect for a small venue.

First time I saw Clyde was Nov of 1976 and he put on a hell of a show. Seen him at least 7 or 8 times since then and will see him again. Best place to see him ? Red Rocks in Colorado. Ck out his website all the tour dates. |

It's even better when their Tour Manager calls you to let you know a laminate is waiting at willcall. |

Saw Arlo Guthrie last night for free in Lancaster PA. He put on a good show and shared some funny, and amusing stories from his unique life. _________________ 1970 Bug
