Brandi Carlisle and Indigo Girls at Tanglewood last night.

10/10

Great solo voice and three part harmony.

Daughter sent me free tickets, brought food. I had to swap in her battery cable , 5 minutes.

Live right now on Youtube from Wembley Stadium, Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concert.
Enjoy, it's really bitter sweet.

Last night Mrs. Fish and I went and saw Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience at Humphrey's by the Bay. Great show playing all the hits. Extremely well done and we thoroughly enjoyed the show.

That’s great to hear. I saw Bonham open for The Cult in 1989. I was really impressed \m/

This past summer a bunch of us went to see Steely Dan at Jones Beach Theater.

Last year we saw The Carl Palmer Project at a local theater.

Saw Dave Mason at a small local venue. Played as skillfully as 50 years ago with Traffic.

Watched a short-run movie celebrating the 50 year anniversary of the Grateful Dead's "Europe '72" tour. It is billed as "Grateful Dead Meet-Up at the Movies."

It is the band's April 17, 1972, performance at the Tivoli Concert Hall in Copenhagen, Denmark. It was carried live on TV but taped, and they did a good job of saving/improving the video for the big screen.

If it comes to your town, SEE IT!

Saw Phantogram last Saturday. Saw Dope Lemon and Wet Leg the 6th-7th of last month in Seattle and Iron Maiden in Spokane in September.

Saw Florence and the machine by default as well. (Wet Leg opened)

All good. Dope Lemon was my favorite of that bunch.

Now I might not a big fan of Taylor Swift, but I sure hope this big Ticketmaster fiasco she caused does something to make tickets sales better for us, the fans of these artists.

One of the great mysteries of life. Why artists let ticket middlemen capture most of the market value of tickets, instead of the artist and venue.

Tickets should be simply linked to the buyer to prevent scalping, then sold at auction. Decent human being artists could reserve a fraction for sale at lower prices so everyone has a shot at attending.

Jane's Addiction And Smashing Pumpkins at the Honda Center in Anaheim, Ca. Great show and I caught a drum stick thrown into the crowd by Stephen Perkins.

I saw this band when I was in High School. They were a staple around NJ and NY clubs. This isn’t the show I was at. If you like the Doors. Watch, fast forward, whatever. It’s worth checking out. This guy start off stage and his voice gave me goosebumps. He even talks like Jim. His voice was a pretty natural Jim Morrison, not forced like some tribute singers.
