Which Lights in Parking Lights and License Plate 66 Beetle

I finally got the lights working on my bug. I was having an issue with my license plate light and the front parking lights inside the headlamp.

I went for a hour cruise and lost one of the parking lights and the license plate light before I got home. I was wondering what bulb number is supposed to go in both of these slots?

My license plate light is also wired off of the positive sode of the coil. This is not right. Judging by the wiring diagram I think it is supposed to be sharing a wire with the passenger taillight. Is this right?
