"Tropfen" means drops. Further, if add up the parts sans black, comes to 100, in other words the amounts are percentages. Thus my question.
My question was also because this might explain the differences in Ruby Red. _________________ Please consider I am Autistic, so I process information differently and still working on social skills. Thanks.

Thank you for the response. I tried to find flemcadiddlehopper's post with the details on the L394. No luck. Even tried the link you recommended.
I'm new to the site and I don't understand all the ins and outs.
Thanks, |

Need some help. I'm trying to find the paint formulas for the wheels on my 1961, L391 Pastel Blue beetle. The paint colors for the wheels are listed as:
Wheel Disk: K394 (also seen identified as L394) Night Blue
Rim: L286 Turquoise White.
Any help that you can provide will be greatly appreciated. I've been searching the forum's and gallery's and can use the help.
Thanks! |

Someone could help me to get the code of the exterior and interior painting of my highroof 1971 model of the German mail, the exterior color is yellow (ral1021) and the interior is gray (I do not know the RAL).
I need the mixing formulas or the Glasurit or PPG codes.
Thanks! |

Would you happen to have the paint recipe for L32K - Phoenix Red?
Not 100% that this is my correct color bc it's like a reddish orange color and is very similar to the orange on farm equipment.
Thank you
Sean

Hey guys , I went to the Glasurit site and came up with this for Cumulus, or "Kumulusweiss".
Target 2.0 ltr kg
Base Amount Cumulative UNIT
MC35 415.1 415.1 g
M60 1560.7 1975.8 g
A105 351.8 2327.6 g
A131 81.8 2409.4 g
M974 50.7 2460.1 g
Not too sure where you are finding drops measured, but that's from their site.

I looked up a translation for Tropfen, which means drop. Does the above code mean 100 parts white, a drop of black and a drop of central blue? How are drops measured in such a case? |
Same question comes to me when I try to understand that formula... _________________ 1967 Split SO-42 Dormobile |

Dose anyone have the color code for L358 Garnet Red for a 1959 Beetle? |
It is on the Glasurit color online page.
http://www.glasurit.com/uk top right corner tab. Then enter Volkswagen and the code. Bobs your uncle.
Target ltr kg
Base Amount Cumulative UNIT
MC35 207.8 207.8 g
M201 433.8 641.6 g
M30 194.1 835.7 g
M26 143.4 979.1 g
A160 67.8 1047.0 g
Gordo. |
|
It is odd to navigate the pages.
www.glasurit.com/uk
Top right corner...color online tab
click ok for any pop ups about the page color online.
choose volkswagen as manufacturer
choose line 22 as paint line
put your paint code in L358
and it comes up as Granatrot 1958-59
click on it
choose your paint line, hit next and a new page opens with your formula.
Hope that helps.
Gordo. |
|
that would depend on what line you choose. Line 22 is a single stage so the whole thing is a single step.
