Hi all, I am the owner of a '73 super beetle, hardtop. Now, I've owned the car since 2000, but am now just realizing that some VW's from the seventies, ( mostly convertibles/super beetle converibles ) have rear ash trays. Most that I have seen are metal, but I have heard about plastic ones. Does anybody know if my car should have these, or if I should put them in? I have a set of the metal ones on hand, but am not sure if I should put them in, or what I should do with them.
