Wires behind dash - RH side - red & brown

I am trying to figure out what these wires go to...

red & brown and they head off over to the area on the right (passenger side)

yet I don't see them behind the glove box anywhere and they look stock since they are faded and are encased in that black sheathing

could they go to the cigarette lighter outlet?

my Van has had its wiring all hacked up by several PO's...

Im assuming you know its not the speaker wire bundle... if you can't find the end of it (which means its not the glovebox light or the cigarete lighter or the speaker), then I would label that as the rear speaker light. I dont have my rear speakers installed, and when I rebuilt my interior, having the dash out I think I had the same question as you. Hopefully that helps. If not, let us know, i'll look in mine again.

12V for lighter. Brown is ground, always.
