I don't have the buses anymore just the 85 camper. The 74 beetle is my daily driver.

I haven't been able to locate the very specific type of Vanagon I've been looking for to turn into my winter beater, so with winter coming, I decided to take Bubbles, my inherited New Beetle, and turn it into a snow machine.

2 inch lift kit, 205/75/15 Grabber AT's (with severe service mountain/ snowflake certification) and a beefy aluminum skid plate. With heated seats, leather interior, and only 60k miles on it, should be a fun winter!
The tires are bigger than the ones on my Vanagon.

No others in my hold either....
BUT, I am looking to buy the upcoming Sportwagen Alltrack for a new daily for my wife/family car: 1.8T, AWD, 6speed (manuals due early 2017)

Currently have a 2016 Golf R 6MT as my daily.

VW CC, 2.0 DSG. Nice car. Not near as fun as most of the others posted in this thread. No pics.
This GTI motor previously shared the drive with my van before it spun its rod bearings...

My signature has the full VW list, past and present. The pic below is past and present (although the pic itself was from the past). I bought back the '03 Turbo S I had sold two years ago.

Nice! My daughter who was driving our Beetle recently graduated high school and rightfully earned a Forester, so Bubbles is currently undergoing a minor refresh (broken interior plastic, a few easy electrical things, brakes, shocks, timing belt, trans flush) before the next kid gets ahold of it. Twenty years old and it only has 73k miles.
I have to say, it's so nice to be able to go to a U-pull-it yard and have plenty of examples to pull parts from, unlike the rare and dog-eat-dog nature of Vanagon parts pulling.

| Just my van and a parts van fill with the parts from two other vans I have parted out over the years all 82 diesels other cars a 90 Miata 02 Toyota Tacoma 21 Kia Soul (has been on a tow truck way more times than my van). 68 Skyhawk. I am out of space for more vehicles. John |

I’ll play. Check that, I sold the 76 to a buddy a couple months ago. Down to three. I have no business owning 4 VWs or 3 or 2  fun times.
