Hanover Factory 50th uniform. What is it?

I received these sometime in the last 9 years from a friend in Germany. They have been in storage and just ran across them again.

I Want to figure out exactly what they are before i decide what to do with them.

Factory VW Overalls??
Factory VW light jacke??
VW T-Shirt that says Volkswagen on the sleve
Hanover 50th hat
Hanover 50th ID neck hanger
Hanover 50th Pen
Hanover 50th bag.
VW lapel Pen.

The Hanover stuff, T-shirt and Lapel pin are what they are but what is the Factory looking stuff? Is that in fact the factory uniform?
