Simple. Pay with a postal money order. If they screw you over, they will get screwed. Since.it.was paid for by a postal money order, it will fall under federal law as mail order fraud. A felony offense. And the.really good part is that you don't have to jump through hoops, you simply contact.the post.office.with the problem and they take over from there.
