I have mine waiting to go on. I thought it might be nice to add a 2” receiver for a bike rack but the metal looks too thin to put one in without bracing.

Has anyone done stuff (intentionally!) to their bumper that worked out? Something for lights maybe?

$82? And they say that due to welding the flanges may be misaligned, but will straighten out when bolted on. IMHO, NO!! If the metal will straighten out then it's too thin. !/4" securely welded will not straighten out. And this doesn't address the bumper being too thin in the first place. There are topics on this. Don't cheat with a flimsy receiver. Someone may want to pull something out of a ravine with this at some point. Maybe even the car itself.
