Honda Odyssey cup holder with swivel seat capability

Went to junk yard, found a $9 Honda 2001 Odyssey flip down center cup holder. I took the cup holder as well as the seat base. I used a cutting wheel to cut the dimension I needed, welded 3 bolts on the a 1/8" steel plate on the inner side of the base, attached a back plate on the side of wheel well on the outside of the vanagon, then attached the center cup holder. I can still use my swivel seat. I love this mod and it is very useful. see pics.

nice job, we have extra rubber floor mats, so i could not use one in lucy, i have since been given something i can use, when we get home
