Windshield/Vent Window Heat Deflectors...

I picked up a pair of windscreen heat deflectors today, apparently taken off a 1950s Beetle. They are made of moulded plexiglass and attach to the windscreen heater vents using an s-shaped chrome clip. They also have an adjustable tube-shaped outlet that can be aimed at the quaterlights/vent-windows.
Has anybody seen a pair of these before. I would be interested to find out who manufactured them.

Don't know who manufactured them, but they are quite common here in Sweden.

I've a NOS set of the deflectors. They are in their original White box. The label reads "Volkswagen Erprobtes Zubehor 1 satz" which translates into "Volkswagen Proven Accessorie 1 set"

No other text on box.
