Wiper arm tips / wiper blades

Went out this evening to change the wiper blades, and when removing the blade on the driver side, the plastic tip that holds the blade in place broke off. Blade is marked Bosch, and the tip is secured to the wiper arm with a very small screw. The tip had a small lever to press to release the wiper blade, and it had a post on the metal blade that holds the rubber wiper that slid into the tip.

The question I have is what type of tips to I need to try and find to replace the brittle one's on my car, and what type of wiper blades.

I believe it is a Bosch Microedge 11" blade (the clips are included in the package). I believe you need to trim just a bit of the tip of the blade so it does not interfere with the top of the windshield-or you can just get the 10" ones and slap them on.
