What relay am I missing?

Can someone help me determine what relay goes to the left of my intermittent wiper relay on the far right? My Vanagon is 1984 GL. Thanks in advance.

I believe it should be the key in buzzer relay?

That would make sense as I did take out my intermittent wiper replay and put it in the missing spot and the fasten seat belt light did come on.

Is that all this relay does? Or does it have any other functions?
