'73 Super Horn Button

Hey Gang,
I just acquired a '73 super and it came without a horn button. It looks like sometime in '73 VW switched the type. could you help me figure out which one I need? The close-up photo shows the part# of the backing plate(whatever its called)

How do I know which horn pad i need to get? they switched them sometime in '73. could you tell by looking at my steering wheel which one attaches to it?

I was having problems with mine. I tried the turn style on it and it gets hung up when you try to turn it. Maybe it can be made to work. I put the flat style back on and it works fine. If you have the flat style you will want to make sure the plastic contacts that hold it are good and not worn otherwise it flops off.
