Bullet Turn Signals Replacement

I have an early bus that has the later model fried egg turn signals cut into it and I would like to return it to the correct early bullet style. Is there an existing post here on the samba or can someone advise on how to do this work. Thank you.

Get a set of these and weld them in they should point straight forward and be level
