I bought this bus a couple of weeks ago and it finally showed up this morning. It needs a lot of lower rust repair but overall a decent project. Plans are to get the mechanicals sorted, do some metal repair then blend with the OG paint. I'm pretty stoked to have a VG Kombi again. Especially one with a middle seat.

I spent most of the day cleaning out mouse nests and washing the inside and out. It still needs more cleaning but I was beat from the early morning...

Nice project. Looks like a lot of paint to blend to and sweet middle seat!

That bus came out of Abingdon, VA in 05 or 06 it was listed on here. I remember going to check it, guy wanted $2000 thought he was crazy. Brick wall

Everett should be able to check the old ad pretty sure the owner was either original owner or the second. I'm actually about a 3 minute drive from his house right now.
