Need help : What is the dimension for a Deluxe split ? is it 24.5 cm * 46.5 cm ?

I was going to make a jack bag for my jack for my 53 zwitter.
Does anyone know the dimensions for me to use?

This is the one I have.
Bought at a swap meet - assumed it is split beetle era.

Roughly 23cm by 47cm
Pocket is 11.5cm by 43.5cm

Not super uniform! Wavy - widens, narrows.
