I'm pretty sure they are a custom order type thing. You can buy that aluminum rail stuff by the foot. I'm planning on making my own. I have some striped material and grommet kit, just need the time.
Mine doesn't have those black brackets, but Notch might be on to something. Fishing rod or paddle holders. Not to say they wouldn't work just fine for awning poles.
