so installed a new o-two sensor in my van not it coffs and sputters
.when its disconnected it runs drives fine. im thinking it must be a wiring issue..tho my harness is a newer harness

You have to check the green wire to the ECU (resistance and continuity to ground testing) as well as examine the brown wire that grounds near the distributor, as this is secretly "kindof" the ground for that circuit.

If you have even a slight miss the O2 sensor will read it as an overly lean condition and try to compensate by making the engine run too rich.
