vendor issues

Has anyone else had any issues on getting answers for aircooled.net or redlineweber.com on orders recieved? I ordered a dual 34 ict kit from aircooled which comes from redlineweber. It appears I am missing one of the springs that goes on the ball end of the cross bar. Neither vendor is helping at all..... Evil or Very Mad
