What is this thing with wires dangling in my engine?

What is it? Bunch o wires. On some kind of mounting plate, but not mounted anywhere. Just kinda tangled in between hoses and wires.

Should this be mounted somewhere in particular? I assume it's not stock... related to the electronic ignition?

They are fuses - one is for heated rear windows may be.

Rear window defroster and back up lights fuses. The red wire. ..... I have no idea

pretty sure it gets mounted to the coil bracket bolt

Yup, should be mounted to the coil mounting

Thank you. I found this pic from user "70 140" of a stock 1971 engine that has these fuses mounted above the coil. Glad to see I just need to detangle and mount these... instead of trying to figure out how another non-stock part is supposed to fit in this puzzle!
