I can get something tomorrow if nobody else does.

We're taking my parent's foster son for the weekend to give them a much needed break. I'll be driving to meet my mom halfway to do the handoff, so I bet can get a pic of him facing away from the camera for the challenge.

Maybe folks are just not travelling much just yet. I was yesterday but a Dodge 1 ton and trailer with a piano next to it wouldn't have qualified!

I think this counts.

My folks live in Topeka, KS and I live in Manhattan. It's about an hour drive door to door. My parents used to take my foster sons for an occasional weekend to give me a break. J has lived with my parents for a couple years now and we decided it was long overdue to offer them a break!

So we met halfway for the drop off. Between that halfway point and my home is a park with some hiking trails and a mural depicting the Oregon Trail. J chose that for the picture spot. The other option was a put-in spot for canoeing down the river.

I asked J what he thought the next challenge should be. His first thought was, "Drive your bus to a park 1,000 miles away and take a picture!" Next idea was to drive to Kansas for a picture.

We eventually decided that since the other option for our picture was to be next to the river, the challenge would be:

Your VW next to a River

(I wouldn't be surprised if it has been done; hopefully that was long enough ago to be able to rerun.)

The water is really reflective in the picture. It starts at the top of the guard rail and to the bottom of the rocks.

Don't know if this counts...had to make a trip to the dealer, but with 50 mph wind gusts, I wasn't taking the bug LOL. While there, I took a look at an ID.4 they had sitting on display. Was disappointed the content was 46% China
